Creme Dermo-RL is not just a nourishing cream – it is a complete restorative support for skin that has lost its lipids, moisture, and natural resilience. It is specially developed to strengthen the hydrolipidic film – the skin's own protective emulsion of water and fat – which is often weakened in dry, dehydrated, or mature skin.

The formula combines deeply softening ingredients like shea butter and cotton oil with moisturisers that work on both surface and deeper levels, including hyaluronic acid and components that mimic the skin's own Natural Moisturising Factors (NMF). Together they restore the skin's elasticity and comfort while reducing transepidermal water loss – the invisible evaporation that makes dry skin even drier.

What makes Creme Dermo-RL particularly effective is its ability to act as an extra layer of skin: a biomimetic barrier that protects against external stressors (such as cold climate, wind, pollution) and gives the skin time and support to restore its own balance. It works both as a daily barrier cream and as an intensive treatment during periods when the skin is especially exposed or weakened.

How to use Creme Dermo-RL

Apply a small amount of product in the morning and/or at night to the entire face, neck and décolleté, after using the milk and the recommended P50 Lotion and essential serums.

Expert tips

This cream can be blended with Serum T.E.W.L. to repair and protect a damaged skin barrier. Add a few drops to your cream and blend it in your palm before applying to the face, neck and décolleté.
