Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 2 business days.
Please note that shipping may take longer during holidays, campaigns, or busy periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over 1,000 SEK.
- 99 SEK shipping fee on orders under 1,000 SEK.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via PostNord. Delivery is made to your nearest service point or directly to your home depending on the size of the shipment. You’ll receive an SMS or email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping Area
We currently deliver only within Sweden.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 99 SEK to cover administrative costs.
Delivery Issues
If your package hasn't arrived on time or is damaged, please contact us at contact@cultclinic.se and we’ll assist you.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us first at contact@cultclinic.se. We will then provide return instructions.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product as described above and place a new order.
