I use products from other brands, can I combine them with Biologique Recherche products?

Yes, but since the Biologque recherche products are highly concentrated in active and potent ingredients, always advice with your esthetician before adding products from other brands in your skincare routine.

I'm used to acid exfoliators, which Lotion P50 should I use?

We recommend you to schedule a consultation with our skin therapists to sort out which Lotion P50 to use. That way, you also receive proper guidance in how to implement it into your routine and any cautions you might need to be aware of when you begin to use Lotion P50, no matter which one.

I have very dry skin, which products should I use?

Dry skin can be caused by a number of reasons, like weather, not drinking enough water, a damaged skin barrier. Sometimes, only moisturizing products might not do the trick. We recommend you to schedule a consultation to sort out why your skin is dry and how to treat it properly.

Can I reuse the pipette to the serums?

Yes, they are reusable but we recommend to order a new one when you order a serum to avoid any contamination.

If you wish to reuse it for any reason, make sure to rinse it properly with hot water first then let it dry completely before applying it to the new serum.

How often should I use Lotion P50?

It depends on your recommendation from our skin therapists. Some may use it once a day, some may use it twice a day. If you haven't scheduled a consultation yet or if you are unsure on how to use it, get in touch with us!

Do the products contain any perfume?

Biologique Recherche intentionally avoids adding perfumes to their skincare products in order to preserve the integrity and effectiveness of their highly active formulations. When do I receive my order?

We aim to send your order within 2 working days. Additional days for the delivery applies.

Can I choose the service point of delivery?

It isn't possible at the moment. PostNord selects the delivery point closest to the address automatically.

Do I need to order a pipette when ordering a serum?

No, we will always pack your order with a pipette if you have ordered a serum.

Do you offer home deliveries?

We only offer delivery to a PostNord service point at the moment.

Can I choose samples to receive in the order?

Yes, write in the comment which sample you would like to try. If we don't have that one in stock we will choose an other sample for you.

Is there any age limit to buy products from your store?

Yes, you need to be 18 years or older to order products from us.

Payments

Why did I receive a credit check letter?

Klarna usually performs a micro credit check when you choose invoice or payment by installments, which doesn't affect your credit score.

However, they may perform a full check, inclining a credit check letter and is also visible on your credit report for the following 12 months when they assess it as necessary.

Klarna never shares any information with us on why and when they do a full credit check. We recommend you to get in touch with their customer service to get proper help and answers to all of your questions.

Which payment options are available?

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

None of my payment attempts gets approved, why?

It might depend on some technical issue in the checkout or a technical issue with your bank. Please try again or wait for a while before you try again. Send us an email if the problem continues.

How do I return my order?

You may return unopened products to us. Send us an email or respond to your order confirmation that you wish to return a product and we'll assist you further.

My skin reacted on a product, can I return it?

We recommend you to get in touch with us first to sort out why the reaction happened and how to sort it out. You can do this by sending us an email or by responding to your order confirmation email.

When do I get my money back?

After receiving and processing the returned goods, it usually takes 3-5 business days to get the refund processed.

If you chose payment by invoice or installments, we advise you to contact Klarna to sort out the refund as the payment might be applied to other invoices instead of being paid back to your bank account.

We have no possibility to manage these kind of questions as the invoice is a matter between you and Klarna only.

Can you put my Klarna invoice on pause?

No, you need to contact Klarna personally to pause it. You may also do that with their mobile app.

Are Biologique Recherche products made in France?

Biologique Recherche creates all of their products in France at their own laboratories and manufacturing facilities just outside Paris.

How do I make sure that my product is genuine?

All Biologique Recherche products got their own silver colored BubbleTag with a combined QR code, which you can find on the box as well as on the product itself. Scan that code by using your mobile camera, and you will be sent to a page where you can read about the product and its authenticity.
